Central Services Staff
The team provide admin support for voluntary groups within the Merthyr Tydfil Borough, including services such as photocopying, laminating and binding documents. The team also provide computer-based assistance in order to design a range of information including posters, leaflets, pamphlets and tickets for groups. All these services will be provided at a reduced rate for our member groups.

Carol is another of our original team having worked for VAMT in the days when there were only two or three employees!
Carol's responsibilities are two fold in that she looks after VAMT's finances and also manages the Admin team. Carol was responsible for the smooth move from our old building in Castle Street to our new premises and is responsible for the maintenance of the building.

Frances Barry |

Frances has worked for VAMT for many years and has responsibility for a range of financial and other activities which include, payroll production, tax and NI calculations, payroll queries, pension payments, writing cheques for payments, banking, updating the Sage financial database, deputising for and assisting the Admin and Finance Manager with a range of matters including health and safety, tenant queries and accounts enquiries. Louise Saunders |

Louise provides administrative and ITC support to the Communities First Co-ordinator, Project Development Officer, Trefechan Partnership Board and Trefechan Community Association.
